Why it's free, stated plainly
TIBLR is an early product. At this stage the thing we need most is teams using it on real work and telling us where it breaks — that feedback is worth considerably more to us than early revenue, and charging for it would filter out exactly the teams we learn the most from. So: free is a deliberate choice about what stage we are at, not a claim that it will never cost anything. If paid plans arrive, they will most likely target larger organisations and features with genuine running costs, existing teams will get real notice, and nothing you rely on today will be taken away to force an upgrade.
Three commitments
We will not sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not as anonymised training material. Free does not mean you are the product.
We will not hold data hostage
If pricing ever changes and it does not suit you, you will be able to get your data out. Lock-in is not a business model we want.
We will not spring it on you
Any change to pricing comes with substantial notice, communicated directly — not discovered when a card gets charged.
